| Welcome to BALLYWILLAN PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH Presbyterians have been worshipping here in Ballywillan for over 350 years. The building in which we presently meet, although now extensively renovated and extended, was originally built in 1889. It is a familiar landmark in the Portrush area and is even marked on Admiralty charts used by seafarers. ‘To know Jesus and lovingly to make Him known’ This short statement encapsulates all that we hope to be and do. It is our aim to help people come to a living faith in Jesus Christ and then to see them grow in their relationship with Him. We try to organise all that we do with this aim in mind. Ballywillan has always had a concern for children and young people. Our work with children and young people has the same overall aim as our congregation. |

We seek to create opportunities for them to come along, enjoy themselves and to come to know Jesus and then make Him known to others. On Sundays we provide a crèche and Children’ Church which meet during both services, Sunday School and Bible Classes which meet between the services and MTT (More Than This) which meets in the evening. During the week we have Girl’s and Boy’s Brigade, a Parent and Toddler group and we are establishing a small group program for our young people. Our older members are catered for in the Presbyterian Women’s Association, the Young Women’s Group, the Men’s Fellowship and the monthly Friendship Hour. There is also a Bowling Club and a Golfing Society We hope you find the site useful and that Ballywillan Presbyterian Church can be helpful to you, wherever you are on your spiritual journey.
