The aim of the group is to bring together retired men for friendship and fellowship.

We start the morning with a cup of tea or coffee and have a chat with old and new friends. From 11.00 am to noon we have a speaker on some some interesting subject, followed by questions from the floor. If a speaker fails to appear we watch an interesting DVD. Four times a year we have lunch and invite our partners.

The enrolment has varied between 50 and 70. Today it stands at 60 with an average attendance of 36 but we need 5 new boys every year to help keep the membership steady.

We have now completed 16 very successful years. The fellowship is open to all and meets Thursday mornings in the Octagon.
