The Church Choir lead the Praise at the 11.30am Service. We have a 4 part Choir. During Winter periods numbers can drop to a minimum of 15, while for the main Festivals of the Church, namely Christmas and Easter, we can have up to 30. So our average size would be just over 20 voices.

OUR MISSION STATEMENT

1. To lead and encourage the congregation in the singing of Psalms, Hymns and Spiritual Songs, (Eph 5: 19 and Col 3: 16). The Psalms ( God's Hymnbook) and the great Hymns of the Faith we consider indispensable. However we also use some Contemporary Songs if they are God centred and congregational.

2. To support our Minister in his calling.

3. To come together at rehearsals in Christian fellowship, share our gifts and so grow spiritually and musically.

We welcome summer visitors who augment the choir during holiday periods. As some choir members are often away at these times the support of these visitors is vital. We also appreciate those from the Praise Group who on occasion sing with us.

We are always delighted to see new members joining us. We all share one common goal - to praise and glorify God, using the gifts and talents He has provided.
